Mussels Marinara, Cucina de Pesce, East Village

This freebie makes bread look like the Michelle Williams to this Beyonce of a dish.  The legendary Cucina de Pesce, located in the heart of the East Village, will get this starter as long as you order a beverage from the bar area.  Make sure the bread is at least included, so you can enjoy the delicious juice from the Mussels to enjoy with what you received.  Tasty, tasty, tasty. Available from 4-8 PM.
