Gay Pride Week is upon us in New York City, and with everything that has happened in the past week within our community, I couldn’t think of a better time for the LGBT community and our numerous supporters to unite and come together and show what pride really is. So many different events are happening this week to celebrate that and more, and one particular fitness studio and going above and beyond with a great workout that is donating a portion of its proceeds to help the victims of Orlando out even just a little bit.
To honor the victims of this week’s Orlando shooting, YG Studios is hosting the CPX Pride Werkout, a 75 minute full body class lead by Team CPX: Courtney Paul, Tyler Lee, and Kenneth Ferrer. The tag team workout will challenge bodies and lift spirits with a portion of proceeds donated to Equality Florida’s Pulse Victim Fund. The CPX Pride Werkout is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22 at 7:05pm in the YG Studios Showroom, 33 West 17th Street (between 5thand 6th).
This is an excellent way to benefit so much, including your own mind, body and soul, and help numerous people out who could use any sense of positivity in their lives right now. What a great way to help them and kudos to YG Studios for doing this. To book a spot for the workout, check out this link.
