Crunch Gym, which has locations sprawled out all over Manhattan, is never short on ideas when it comes to programs and classes for their members to take at their own disposal.  With the summer officially in full effect, tons of gym goers are frantically hitting up their gym to make sure that their body is tight and right for the beach, club and more.  Well, Crunch has developed a new program that will help them achieve that and more.  It is called CUTT, which stands for Crunch Ultimate Team Training, and it is one you will be sure to love for the summer and beyond.

CUTT is a fun, dynamic and challenging team driven workout that is designed for all levels of fitness. It’s a motivating way to get your workout completed in an inspiring group environment with the guidance and support of Crunch’s highly knowledgeable and experienced personal trainers.

The CUTT program was designed to provide members the opportunity to participate in a series of small group classes that incorporate the latest and most effective trends in fitness. Not only will you experience a variety of dynamic workouts from week to week, you will also be doing it in a fun and supportive small group setting. The size of the group allows our trainers to keep the group challenged and to help each individual reach their optimal fitness goals.

CUTT is a custom Crunch program that is designed to provide a challenging and rewarding environment for all fitness levels and even incorporates heart rate based training with personalized workout summaries for each participant.

Each CUTT workout is 50 minutes in length and incorporates a variety of training techniques and modalities. Whether you want to mix up your routine and challenge yourself for the day (and learn some cool new workouts) or work towards your longer term fitness goals through one of our 5—10 week programs that meet twice each week, CUTT is for you. Everyone will be able to challenge themselves with TRX®, Bulgarian Bags, Kettlebells and more while competing with others to get the highest “Sweat Score”!
