Things must be doing well for a restaurant when they are already in expansion with fun new projects for the masses to enjoy. The only expansion in my life lately has been my waistline from all the amazing food I’ve been reviewing for my site! Jokes aside, Marc Forgione’s amazing new location American Cut has now debuted a fantastic power lunch scene for locals and visitors to enjoy.
At its brand new location on 56th and Park, for the first time, the restaurant will offer a selection of sandwiches during lunch hours, like a tuna BLT club and the “Rubin,” which recently beat out over a dozen competitors for the top trophy in Thrillist’s “Hall of Heroes” contest. As a Reuben, Tuna, and BLT Club enthusiast, all of these options sound super delicious and tasty for me and I hope the same will go for our Manhattan Digest readers. Definitely a place you want to check out!

American Cut is located at 109 East 56th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues in New York City. The restaurant serves dinner Monday through Thursday from 5:30PM to 11:00PM, Friday & Saturday from 5:30PM to 12:00AM, and Sunday from 5:30PM to 10:00PM. Lunch service will be available Monday through Friday from 11:30AM to 2:30PM. The bar and lounge is open nightly at 5:00PM. Reservations are preferred, and walk-ins welcome.
