Ever since Monday night, I have had an obsession with one of my new favorite restaurants in midtown, OCEAN PRIME New York. The entire experience when reviewing was absolutely awesome, and now… it’s officially lobster season and they wants to help you enjoy everyone’s favorite crustacean in style.
Entice your taste buds with OCEAN PRIME New York’s many takes on this New England summer staple. Creative lobster offerings (in addition to classics like Chilled Whole Maine Lobster and Twin Lobster Tails with Asparagus and Drawn Butter) include:
Lobster Roll – made with poached Lobster Tail, Kiwi, Pickled Serrano, Masago and Spicy Mango Puree
Lobster Bisque – topped with a Sweet Corn Fritter
