This July, join Benoit, Alain Ducasse’s Parisian bistro in midtown Manhattan, in a culinary ode to Independence Day and Bastille Day! Pies, Bouillabaise, and more are all available to you starting today until July 14th!

Specials for both include include:
FOURTH OF JULY PIES (JULY 4): Available only on the Fourth of July, Benoit has teamed up with beloved Brooklyn pie shop Four & Twenty Blackbirds for two special collaboration pies that bring together the art of French tart and American pie-making. Choose from theApricot Almond Crumble, served with honey/thyme ice cream, or the Peach Verbena, accompanied by fromage blanc ice cream ($10/slice).
BASTILLE DAY BOUILLABAISSE (JULY 4 – 14): From Independence Day leading up to Bastille Day, Benoit will serve a Bouillabaisse-Style Clambake ($38/pp), served tableside for two, loaded with lobster, mussels, littleneck clams, corn and rouille croutons. For dessert, tuck in the seasonal Peach Verbena, inspired by French tradition and American technique ($10/slice).
BASTILLE DAY FESTIVITIES (JULY 14): Experience the French art de vivre at Benoit’s bar for L’Apero, its French-style happy hour, enjoying small bites and classic French cocktails along with a curated selection of wines under $10, set to the backdrop of a live jazz performance. Guests can also opt for a wine flight ($15), selecting between three glasses of Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, from California to Burgundy, by way of New York.
WHEN: The special Benoit and Four & Twenty Blackbird pies will only be available on Monday, July 4th. The bouillabaisse special and Peach Verbena will be available from Monday, July 4th through Thursday, July 14th. L’Apero with live jazz at Benoit will be held on Thursday, July 14th, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the front bar.
