American Cut Tribeca Launches ‘Burger Bar’ Pop-Up!

by Brad Johnson

We here at Manhattan Digest love anything about a burger, as we have written about it copiously in the past.  So we were delighted to find out that American Cut Tribeca, helmed by Marc Forgione, is launching their first ever “Burger Bar” this coming Tuesday!

Here are the juicy details.  LDV Hospitality and Chef Marc Forgione’s American Cut Tribeca introduces the first ever Burger Bar pop-up to the downtown neighborhood. The famous “off-the menu” burger is making its official debut on a limited-edition curated menu, offered Monday-Friday between 11:30am – 2pm beginningTuesday, October 18th.

Focusing on the quality in-house ingredients included in each burger, Chef Forgione’s idea behind the Burger Bar pop-up is to offer a consistent, simplistic, fast-casual option for local guests to enjoy mid-day. Signature items on the menu include the cult American Cut Burger 8 oz. brisket, short rib, and dry-aged rib eye patty with bourbon onions & beer cheese, 5oz Competition Burger with lettuce, tomatoes, Jarlsberg, and secret sauce , and a unique, specialtyBurger du Jour. Additional dishes consist of the Soup du Jour, Chopped Salad, and Caesar Salad, with side options of Beef Fat Fries, Tater Tots or Green Salad. For dessert, Burger Bar will be serving a Milk Chocolate Malt Milkshake with homemade candy honeycomb and vanilla whipped cream ($5).

Fresh off the heels of a series of successful events including Time Out New York’s ‘Battle of the Burger’ competition and NYC’s first ever Panorama Festival, American Cut’s burger will continue to make its mark on social media feeds. Now recognizable slogans such as “Beer, Bourbon and Buns,” “Meat on Fleek,” and “Dare to Go Rare” will be featured on the new Burger Bar employee uniforms.

As part of the Burger Bar pop-up, American Cut Tribeca will also launch a Fried Chicken Biscuit with their signature “everything” biscuit. As Forgione always preaches, “do what you do well.”

Sounds absolutely delicious.  We are going to try to stop by there this week to give you the lowdown on all the deliciousness!  For more information on American Cut Tribeca, check out their official site.
