It’s coming, whether you like it or not. No, I am not talking about Donald Trump’s eventual Republican nomination silly, I am talking about the dreaded NYC heat that we are about to endure over the next couple of months! As much as I happen to love the spring and summertime in New York City, the heat can be a real drag as we all find a way to keep ourselves cool no matter what. So why not a tasty and delicious cool treat to relieve yourself of the caliente struggle of Manhattan? Let me introduce you to Little Spoon Frozen Pudding, your next greatest obsession in all things sweet and neat for the upcoming seasons.

So what is Little Spoon Frozen Pudding? Let founders Hannah Canvasser (food stylist) and Jason Kessler (food writer), both based in Los Angeles, explain further.
So what separates you from the pack when it comes to you Little Spoon Frozen Pudding?
Because we’re making something completely new and unique: frozen pudding. It’s a thicker, richer, creamier version of ice cream and it doesn’t melt. When it thaws, it just goes right back to being pudding. That means there’s no ice cream soup and you don’t have to rush to eat it in five minutes before it melts all over you. Think of it like ice cream’s rich cousin.

What kind of flavors can we expect from you guys?
We make five flavors (check ’em out here) and they’re served in adorable little pudding cups, just like the kind you had after school except ours aren’t filled with artificial junk. They’re all-natural and our mix-ins are made by a local bakery. We don’t really use words like “artisanal” and “small batch” to describe our product, but you certainly can.
Price wise, how do you guys operate?
As of this week, we ship nationwide for a flat rate of $19.99 (free for orders over $100). Do you know how hard it is to get frozen products to people for just $20? We do. But we did it anyway and now you can enjoy our frozen pudding anywhere in the US (except Alaska and Hawaii).
Sounds pretty tasty to me! For more information on Little Spoon Frozen Pudding, check out their official site. Happy Eating Everyone!
