Celebrate Mother’s Day at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Midtown

by Brad Johnson

Anytime there is an excuse to have a celebration with steak, you can count me in.  That can be said and more for the upcoming Mother’s Day festivities, which Manhattan restaurants will have plenty of options to celebrate the mother in your life with.  So why not choose one of the most respected, refined and tasty locations midtown has to offer?  This, of course, is Mastro’s Steakhouse, who is pulling out all the stops for Mother’s Day next Sunday, May 8th.

I had my first experience at Mastro’s last year (luckily enough their location was only two blocks from my job, yay), and was amazed by so much of what they had to offer.  Even though they have only been opened for less than two years, they have cemented their place as one of the top steakhouses to attend in Manhattan for more reasons than one.  Now they want you to enjoy Mother’s Day to the fullest and have plenty to offer.

Enjoy a sizzling steak seared to perfection that continues to cook on its plate table side, a highly impressive Mastro’s Seafood Tower, delicious Spring sides like Sugar Snap Peas and beans or better still, those luscious Lobster Mash potatoes.  Finish the meal by toasting to Mom from a selection of fantastic cocktails and end it all with a signature Warm Butter Cake that is even more delicious than you can imagine.
