Leaves of Grass at Waldorf Astoria New York, New York City
To create this cocktail with exclusively local ingredients, Frank Caiafa, the Waldorf Astoria New York’s master mixologist, uses house-made honey syrup from the hotel’s 20th floor beehives for a twist on the “Bee’s Knees”– even garnished with a blade of bison grass from the hotel’s rooftop garden.

Foragers Table infuses a splash of locally-made Brooklyn Kombucha into the KBBK Elixir cocktail alongside fire cider, lemon, honey and rye whiskey – a great addition to brunch or even a nightcap cold remedy.

Spicy Grapefruit Cocktail from Blue Ice Vodka–
2 oz Blue Ice Vodka
4-6 Serrano Chili Peppers
½ cup Pink Grapefruit & ½ oz Simple Syrup
In a shaker, muddle 4-6 slices of Serrano Chili Pepper, fresh squeezed Pink Grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Next, add ice and Blue Ice Vodka. Shake well and pour over ice, or you can strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and throw in a few extra slices of Serrano Chili Pepper for an extra kick.
