Coffee and Cocktail drinkers rejoice! Today, 4th Generation Craft Coffee Roasters, Kobrick Coffee Co., launches its NEW Summer Coffee & Cocktail menu at its cafe & cocktail bar hybrid locale in the Meatpacking district offering a dynamic and seasonal exploration into the fusion of coffee and mixology. With the warm weather upon us, the team at Kobrick Coffee Co. created a menu that incorporates their outstanding coffee & coffee knowledge and the refreshing bold flavors and ingredients inspired by the warm weather and summer vibes.
With fresh fruit, spicy herbs, new formats and thirst quenching potency, the new Summer cocktails at Kobrick Coffee Co. have taken their bar’s drink program to a whole new level, giving us an exciting and original presentation of the creative and wide range of possibilities that are possible when coffee & mixology are combined.
New cocktails include:
Just Past First Crack: a journey into bold and savory flavors, this cocktail mixes its house-made JPFC indian monsooned malabar coffee syrup and house made JPFC tincture with Chartreuse, dry vermouth and fresh lime juice.

Swizzle Me this, Batman: an homage to the cocktails of the Caribbean (and batman), this swizzle cocktail is made with Balvenie Caribbean Cask, pineapple syrup, lime juice, smoked saline, hella smoked chili bitters and seltzer – fresh, fruity and spicy with the perfect amount of effervescence.
Mastercassis Theatre: A truly refreshing masterpiece, this drink will no doubt become the go-to summer drink. A combination of Cassis Noir, london dry gin, Pavan Liqueur, lime juice, muddled cucumber and mint.
El Campesino: The heat of the season comes to life in this spicy tequila libation featuring a mix of Kobrick’s house-made Fez Green Tea syrup, cilantro infused tequila, Strega Liqueur and Dolin Dry Vermouth.
Black & Blue Punch: Coffee in a punch? Kobrick redefines the typical punch recipe with this new large format drink that is the perfect showcase of the warm season incorporating: Guji Cold Brew coffee, Smith & Cross Jamaican rum, lime juice, house blueberry syrup and angostura bitters.

The Lean In: A strawberry filled take on the classic daiquiri, Kobrick’s version uses El Dorado 8 Year Rum, lime juice, homemade strawberry syrup and HELLA aromatic bitters
The Balm: Sherry takes center stage this season when Amontillado sherry mets Triple Sec, Orange juice, lemon juice and allspice dram in The Balm for a complex and savory libation.

Of course other Kobrick Coffee Co. signatures have remained on the menu including the delicious Three Hour Kyoto Negroni, which incorporates gin, sweet vermouth and Campari with Kobrick’s bright, full bodied single origin Kenya coffee is made over a three-hour period in a Yama Cold Brew Drip Tower. And my personal favorite the signature Chemex Bloody Mary which reinvents the traditional Bloody Mary by infusing vodka with fresh horseradish, habanero, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire in the Chemex filter with the lemon and organic tomato juice added a la minute per order -the perfect example of using methods of extraction traditionally used for coffee to the cocktails.
