Bull & Beer Garden will be taking place on the hotel’s outdoor plaza every Tuesday – Friday through late September where hotel guests and locals can enjoy a variety of beers on tap, including Montauk Session IPA, Blue Point Summer Ale, Schofferhofer Grapefruit, Erdinger Hefeweizen as well as gourmet Sigmund’s pretzels and Copenhagen Street Dogs from Revolving Dansk.
Bull & Beer Garden will also have outdoor games such as giant Jenga and corn hole for guests to play as they enjoy their beverages on the outdoor plaza. Additionally, seasonally-inspired dishes and drinks selections from Dina Rata’s new summer menu will be available.
“Bark Hour” is every Wednesday for dog owners, where they can receive dog treats for their pets and reduced pricing of beers and pretzels at $5 and $4.
Dina Rata’s New Summer Menu introduces seasonally-inspired dishes and drinks. Always focusing on fresh local food, Chef Chris Cummer worked closely with regional farms to conceptualize the new lunch and dinner menus at Dina Rata. The new dishes highlight the best of summer with an array of fresh and delicious options that emphasize a balance between plant-based proteins and meat-based proteins with summer produce, organic meats and an abundance of fresh vegetables.

Burrata Salad with Aiello Burrata, Young Kale, in-house Pickled Green Strawberries, English Peas, Toasted Pecans, Spring Radish, and Honey Vinaigrette

Omnivore Burger which brings together a Grass Fed Beef blended with Maitake, Oyster and Cremini Mushrooms and topped with Swiss Cheese
Get your Freekeh, a vegan dish with Asparagus, Heirloom Carrot, English Peas, Baby Kale, Pecans, and 25 Year Balsamic Vinegar
Veal Cheek Ragu with Spaccatelli Pasta and Aiello Burrata Cheese

The Jitney – rum-based with Caliche, Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit Juice and Cherry Bitters
The High Line – which combines Tequila with Lunazul Blanco, Amaro, Sparkling Wine, Lemon Juice and Strawberries
Sheep’s Meadow – Plymouth, Dry Vermouth, Apricot Liqueur and Orange Bitters
