The Sanctuary Hotel is a gem of a location, situated right outside of Times Square in Midtown West on 47th Street between 6th and 7th. Even though you are in the epicenter of everything with the biggest tourist location in the world, you would be surprised how much Sanctuary Hotel has to offer inside that would dare make you not want to leave. I checked in there last night, and here is why you should too.

Here are some facts about The Sanctuary Hotel for you to indulge in. Just steps from the vibrant excitement of Times Square, The Sanctuary Hotel is in the center of Manhattan’s most exhilarating attractions. There was no expense spared in order to provide hotel guests with stylish accommodations, lavish amenities and personalized service. The guest rooms are richly detailed with chocolate leather headboards, crystal chandeliers, glass-walled showers, marble countertops, fireplaces, and leather-printed wall tiles. Accents of brown glass, honey onyx, smoked glass, and brushed brass creates a vibrant and chic lodging experience.
There was definitely a theme that I noticed immediately upon arrival, as mood light and rich colors of brown and red adorned Sanctuary Hotel. With the bevy of hotel locations sprawled across Manhattan, and the variety of themes that are out there, I really do appreciate this particular one that Sanctuary Hotel has to offer as it really fits in with the overall charm of it. It definitely highlights that this is more for a mature audience, something that I prefer, and the customer service throughout my stay was top notch indeed.

The suite that I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, visually appealing, comfortable, and kept me in there until I checked out this morning. I absolutely loved the red that encompassed the walls behind me, as its lush color painted such a delicious view of the landscape of the room and as mentioned before, set the mood for the entire experience. The stand alone shower was huge and incredibly enjoyable, as well as the spacious closet, and a great view of Manhattan outside my window. Absolutely beautiful.

The amenities are pretty much chock full in terms of what you get for spending a night or more there. Everything from a tasty continental breakfast, in room dining, wifi, personalized wakeup calls, multilingual staff and more can make even the most picky and finicky traveler want to book, as they provide anything and everything to make your stay that much more amazing.

Hungry? Of course you are, you are human! You don’t need to leave the premises in order to have a great time as they have two fantastic restaurants that you must try while there. If you are looking for great views at the hotel of Sanctuary Hotel, then Haven Rooftop is your best bet. Great cocktails, tasty bites will entice you and your friends to spend sometime enjoying Manhattan from another angle.
