Dark & Smoky – Courtesy of New York Yankees Steakhouse
1.5 oz Myers Dark Rum
.5 oz Pama Liquer and Pomegranate Molasses
4 oz. hot water
Hickory Smoked Butter
Pinch of Cinnamon
Add all ingredients into specialty Irish Coffee Mug. Pour hot water over. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.

1 ½ oz. Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum
½ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
5 oz. Hot Apple Cider
Combine ingredients. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and Star Anise.

1 ½ oz. Old Forrester
4 oz. Cold Infused Spiced Cider (Cinnamon, Cloves, Orange Peels)
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Honey-Ginger Syrup
Combine ingredients in a metal steaming pitcher. Steam for 30 seconds or until hot and pour into heated glass mug. Garnish with Torched Cinnamon on top of mug.
