The Waldorf Astoria is one of the most iconic locations in Manhattan, as its history is renowned and epic in the heart of Midtown East. Their amazing Peacock Alley hosts an assortment of some of the best brunch dishes in the world, including Caviar, Lobster, Pastas and so much more which we have come to love here at Manhattan Digest. Now Peacock Alley’s Brunch Buffet is preparing unique dishes and innovative cocktails to upcoming events this winter season! Something for everyone will be in store!
Waldorf Astoria’s Peacock Alley will be executing these cocktails and dishes at events such as National “I Love Honey” Day, Christmas, New Years Day, Chinese New Year and more.
Guests can expect dishes representative of each holiday or theme in addition to a glass of Laurent Perrier or a weekly themed-cocktail crafted by Frank Caiafa, author of The Waldorf Astoria Bar Book and Peacock Alley Bar Manager.
In addition to themed dishes and drinks that will be showcased through the New Year, the Peacock Alley Brunch Buffet will continue to include its extravagant buffet stations – such as the seafood raw bar, caviar, chocolate fountain and more – for tourists and locals looking to indulge in a unique New York culinary experience.
