Westhouse Hotel, situated in the heart of Midtown West on 55th Street between 7th and Broadway, is a classic example of why Manhattan is still an incredibly special place to be. When you are mere blocks away from the top theater shows, Carnegie Hall and some of the best food the city has to offer, location can be crucial and Westhouse Hotel excels in that. However the same can be said about how amazing the experience can truly be upon check in through check out. I stayed there over the weekend and was impressed by all of this… and more.

According to their official webpage, Westhouse Hotel boasts itself as a gracious retreat blending the plush comforts of an elegant Uptown apartment with the refined luxuries of a boutique hotel. With a style inside that is reminiscent of 1920’s glamour, this luxury hotel boasts stunning views throughout its twenty-plus floor establishment and is a true testament of why New York City still can give you the “feels” when you are visiting here.

Westhouse Hotel has a variety of rooms to choose from, and they were nice enough to upgrade me to their Times Square View Suite, which truly gave me a breathtaking view of the most visited spot in the world. Not to mention the king size bed that was comfortable beyond anything, spacious settings and a gorgeous bathroom, it will give you a sense that you may not have to leave your room after all with just how beautiful it can truly be.

A part of Westhouse Hotel that I was incredibly taken by was on the 23rd floor, which housed an area they call The Terrace. Within this area you will find yourself immersed in a delicious breakfast spread, available each morning from 6:30-10:30 AM weekdays and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM weekends, that includes everything from granola to hearty meats and so much more. The food was incredibly tasty and is a great component to the overall stay, as it will energize each guest as they get their day started.

The Terrace also provides an absolutely stunning view of some of the most iconic landmarks in Manhattan, and now is the perfect timing to utilize this area of the hotel as we have hit a bit of a warm streak in Manhattan as of late. I can definitely see this area being quite the hit in the spring and summertime, and will hopefully be back to experience it firsthand.

If you are looking for something with sophistication and a gorgeous setting within Westhouse Hotel, The Den is a great place to be. Opening at 5:00 PM each night, you are able to dine on some light fare with a bar serving some of the most tasty cocktails you can imagine until 11:00 PM.

Westhouse Hotel also has a ton of amazing amenities, that not only include yourself but for your kids, pets and more. You have unlimited access to WIFI, a fitness center located on the 3rd floor, and so much more. Overall, this was an amazing stay for myself and I hope you enjoy yours as well!
