Virgil’s Real Barbecue 

For the ultimate loaded fries, head to the authentic barbecue joint for Trainwreck Fries, hand-cut fries covered with melted cheddar and jack cheese, drizzled with ranch dressing, and topped with crispy smoked bacon, scallions, and pickled jalapenos.

The Lobster Poutine features the shop’s famous thrice cooked fries smothered with a savory lobster bisque and topped with fresh Maine lobster, cheese curds and herbs for the ultimate summer indulgence.
