The other night marked Vago’s first anniversary of being opened, and they celebrated with a big bash that included some great food, drink & more.
In case you aren’t familiar with just how amazing this place is, here’s a bit more about it and why you should be making an RSVP ASAP to this wonderful location.

It’s all in the name at Vago. Owners Victoria Guan and Tony Rustja were inspired by the word meaning ‘beauty’ in old Latin and truly believe ‘Vago’ is their mission. That beauty is showcased in the restaurant’s food, which is made with love and served artistically. The dishes are inspired by the Mediterranean. The European inspired menu is divided into classic meat, seafood, and pasta entrees of which guests got a sampling at the restaurant’s 1st anniversary.

Oysters Rockefeller, Meatballs, Crab Cake and Prosciutto wrapped Shrimp circulated the room. A giant cheese wheel served as the base for a deliciously creamy truffle risotto and the evening capped off with a sampling of Vago’s Tiramisu Martinis.

Looks like this is a place that will sure be on my list for the fall season and beyond. For more information on Vago, please check out their official website.
