The Winter Olympic games start in only four days! Beginning on February 9th and ending on February 25th, billions of people will be tuning in to root on their home country in hopes that they will bring home a bunch of gold medals. There are some fabulous spots in the city that are going above and beyond to make sure your Olympics viewing experience is top notch, but which ones are the best?
We have found four great Olympic viewing spots to root on Gus Kenworthy, Lindsay Vonn and several other athletes while enjoying some delicious food and drink. Take a look.

Hudson at Pier 81

Can’t make it to South Korea for the Winter Olympics? No worries, because Mr. Purple has you covered. Come watch the Olympics at Mr. Purple’s “Cabin in the Sky” pop-up (open until March), while taking in sweeping views of Manhattan. Think apres-ski lodge, but funkier – with purple deer heads and purple digital fireplaces. Enjoy chocolate and cheese fondue, as well as winter cocktails like S’more Than a Feeling and Cure for the Common Cold. The hottest multi-level bar in the East Village will be screening the Winter Olympics all month long, projected on their massive 36 ft. screen with surround sound. Enjoy $13 themed cocktails like the Apollo Ohno and Tara Lipinski, as well as a variety of food offerings starting at $12, including a number of sliders, flatbreads, salad and meatballs. Snowdays NYC
In honor of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, popular shaved cream shop, Snowdays is setting up an outpost in Kelloggs’ Union Square cafe, the Team USA official sponsor. Beginning February 9th, Snowdays will be contributing to the newly-opened Kelloggs NYC café’s game time-inspired menu with their patriotic red, white, and blue shaved cream flavors including: strawberry, sweet milk and yeti tracks paired with a vast offering of toppings. Fans are invited to indulge in patriotic dishes at the Kelloggs café Union Square location to cheer on their favorite athletes while having the chance to appear on their very own Corn Flake’s cereal box.
