I’m sorry, but does anything sound cooler than a place where you can literally indulge in all the candy you want, plus get pampered at the same time? I don’t think so! Sweet ReTREAT, the first chocolate and candy-inspired pop-up salon, opens today and tomorrow right outside Times Square and is the one place you MUST stop by during or after work on either day. Here’s why.
Mars Wrigley Confectionery, the candy brand dedicated to “treating” and the maker of all your favorites (like Snickers, M&M’s and Skittles) is launching Sweet ReTREAT to the public on February 13th and 14th for consumers and a friend to indulge in their favorite TREATments. What’s even better… IT’S FREE! F R E E FREE! This is a no brainer, folks.

I got to stop in yesterday to see what was in stores, and it turned out to be everything I wanted and then some. I can sort of equate it to walking into a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory mixed with the best salon you have ever been too all in one.
What’s really fun about this place is that it’s whimsical, with so many splashes of color that it makes for a super fun experience overall. Once you enter, you will embark on a candy journey as the location features tons of Mars’ related items including my personal favorite… Snickers.

As you make your way through the maze of candy, you will embark on the spa portion of your visit, where you can make an appointment and receive a wonderful mani, pedi or massage by one of their wonderful specialists. During your session, you will be treated to all sorts of wonderful amenities including coffee or a cold glass of water, or if you are really jonesing for some sweets… any of the Mars candy that’s located in the store! Who would’ve actually thought of enjoying a pedicure while scarfing down a pack of M&M’s. It’s genius!
Fans interested in booking an appointment for themselves and a friend can make a reservation at www.MarsSweetReTREAT.com. Trust me, this is something you are going to want to do that will make your Valentine’s Day or Valentine’s Day Eve that much better.
