National Margarita Day is one week away on February 22nd, and several hotspots in Manhattan want you to stop on by to see what sort of delicious versions of the popular drink they have in store for you. Proceed with caution, and make sure the rim is salted.
Take a look at our favorites for the big day, and of course… drink responsibly.

Egg Shop, the trendy restaurant devoted to serving eggs around the clock, is offering their twist on the traditional drink that will have you counting down the days to Cinco de Mayo. Both their Nolita and Williamsburg locations are offering a discount on their Watermelon Margaritas! More info here.
HandCraft Kitchen & Cocktails is offering pitchers of margaritas for $25 (4 servings). And, because nothing goes better with margaritas than nachos, the restaurant is offering its HandCraft Nacho Chips with corn, bean chili, pico de gallo, guacamole and chipotle sour cram cheese sauce, for half price (originally $14). Yum! More info here.
Virgil’s Real BBQ offers a selection of unique margaritas. Nobody can resist Virgil’s Spicy Habanero ($11.50) made with Habanero-Infused Sauza Tequila, Ruby Red Grapefruit and Lime. Cool down with their signature Fresh Watermelon Margarita ($12.50) with muddled watermelon, lime and Espolon Silver and don’t forgot to try the High Roller ($17) served in a big mug with Espolon Blanco Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice and Grand Marnier. Carmine’s (Upper West Side & Times Square) is offering their “Fly Me to the Moon” Margarita ($15) which combines Herradura Silver Tequila, Limoncello, and Disaronno Amaretto.
