The Skylark, one of the hippest rooftop bars in the Manhattan area, has introduced some wonderful Frosé (frozen rosé) cocktails that are colorful and delicious to boot.
Located on 39th street between 7th and 8th avenue (steps from the 1/2/3 line), The Skylark has everything from tasty food, fabulous drinks and a fun setting all wrapped up in one.
You can take in all Manhattan has to offer while chilling with your loved ones in a posh setting that screams Instagrammable. An elevator whisks you up 30 floors to an entrance that is nothing short of stellar to look at. It is one of the best places to see and be seen in The Big Apple.
Their new line of Frosé cocktails only enhance your wonderful experience. It’s the perfect time to enjoy them given that we are finally experiencing this perfect summer weather that New Yorkers wait for all year round.
Each Frosé cocktail looks and tastes different than the others. Bottom line is that they are all yummy and worth a sip or two the next time you go. Here they are:

Berry Botox (creme de meure, skylark frosé, crushed ice, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries & sprig of mint).

Coconut Karma (malibu with skylark frosé, coconut foam with freshly toasted coconut).

Frozelini (combier liqueur peche de vigne with skylark frosé, diced peaches & villa sandi prosecco).

Gummy (skylark frosé & assorted gummy bears).

The Pollinator (honey syrup with skylark frosé, fresh seasonal edible flowers).
The Berry Botox and Gummy were my favorites from the list. I loved the sweetness that came from the berries in the first and the assorted gummy bears in the second only made the drink that much better.
The Skylark also provides a bevy of mouthwatering food options like their General Tso’s Crispy Cauliflower and mini-Lobster Rolls.
Overall this is a great place to stop into for their Frosé, food, ambiance and more. For more information on The Skylark, click here.
