Allset- Pick Your Restaurant, Food & Pay… All Before You Arrive
I think as Manhattanites we can pretty much say that equally, we are always on the go. Even something as simple as ordering your lunch can be a massive hurdle, especially with the long lines at the deli and the confusion of what you want to order and so much more. Luckily, there is a brand new mobile app that just launched this past month in New York City that takes care of all of that, including the place, the food, and the payment, all before you even arrive to your location. This app is called Allset, and it is our hot pick for the month of March on Manhattan Digest.

A Manhattanite in San Francisco- Where To Eat? Part Two.
We are back for part two in our series of “Where To Eat in San Francisco”, and we have saved the best for last. Could you believe that a New Yorker can actually find better pizza out west than there is here? That is blasphemy! Well it definitely did happen while I was out there, as well as devouring the best Peruvian food I have ever had as well as some pretty tasty shareable plates inside a hot new hotel. This is the conclusion for where you should eat the next time you are in The Golden Gate city.

Villa Cemita Spices Up its Poblano Cuisine in The East Village
With the weird fluctuation of the weather outside, it is good to find a foodie place that will keep you warm and your palate satisfied with a side of spice. This can be said for Villa Cemita, which is located in the heart of the East Village on Avenue A, a short couple of blocks away from the F train. Villa Cemita boasts some pretty delicious Poblano Cuisine, in an intimate and beautiful setting. We stopped by Villa Cemita, which has only been opened for about a year, last night to see what all the fuss was about and we were quite pleased with the end result.

Beefcake Resurrected Exhilarates Santos Party House
This past weekend, Beefcake Resurrected stormed Santos Party House and kept the party going until the wee hours of the morning. Hosted by Chris Reed and Stanley Hughes, the event was chock full of bears, cubs, admirers and more, who were jamming and getting down to the sweet beats of DJ Kurt Jo. On top of all of that, the event featured seven different and super hot gogo bears (myself included, tee hee) who kept the eye candy front and center as everyone was getting down with the get down.

Why No One Should Emulate Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City
Before going into anything, I will say this- I have and always will be a fan of Sex and the City. The show came on when I was in middle school and high school, so I didn’t really get around to watching it during its original installment, however I recently purchased a Roku which includes HBO Now and has the entire series available at my disposal. Upon rewatching the series twice after many years of small clips I would pass through on basic cable, I have come to the conclusion that many men and women fear stating- Carrie Bradshaw is a fantasy character that no one, I repeat no one, should emulate in real life. For so many reasons, this is true. As someone who understands the Manhattan scope of dating, living, and so much more, Carrie represents really the anti of what our city has become. This includes, when the show was on the air. Here is why.

A Manhattanite in San Francisco- Where To Eat? Part One
In our second installment of our series in San Francisco, we are diving right into my favorite past time, present time and future time- FOOD! San Francisco is just like New York City in the sense that it is a melting pot of culture, and that is also very represented in the types of cuisines that are available to the masses. Whether you are looking for an amazing slice of Pizza (Tony’s Pizza Napoletana), a unique take on the Japanese Steakhouse (Roka Akor), or sitting by the water and eating some incredible Peruvian delicacies (La Mar), San Francisco has you covered in more ways than one. Here is part one of our list for what you should eat the next time you are in San Fran.

Sam Hendi’s MASS: C19H2802 is Visually Stunning & Sexy to Boot
Sometimes the best way we can connect between each other isn’t exactly with chatting, it can simply be through our body language that can make the connection that much greater. Than can truthfully be said in the short film that the incredibly sexy and talented Sam Hendi created two months back, called “MASS: C19H2802”, which examines that with close to a dozen bearish type models in a fourteen minute film where the absence of voice is right and center and all you are left with is a visual masterpiece of the human body.
