Nothing wrong with trying to reinvent something right? Especially when what they have going for them already is pretty damn good. This particular instance is the fabulous restaurant KTCHN, which is located inside the world famous OUT Hotel in Hell’s Kitchen. The restaurant is reinventing itself by adding a fantastic Italian menu to its already mouth watering selections that have made it a staple for locals and tourists alike.
