Last night, Meatpacking district hotspot Bagatelle played host to the amazing Kelly Osbourne, as she celebrated her cover of BELLA Magazine as well as her new book called “There is no F*cking Secret: Letters from a Badass Bitch”, which hits stores nationwide today. The lovely Kelly showed up in a gorgeous black and gold dress with her signature purple hair that was shaved on each sides, and looked absolutely fantastic.
