I am not one for doing “touristy” stuff. I almost take pride in the fact I’ve never been to the Empire State Building. I certainly would never ever set foot on one of those Hop On Hop Off bus tours. Yet, lo and behold, I found myself at a christening ceremony for two new sightseeing ships, part of Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises – Circle Line Bronx and Circle Line Staten Island. City Perch Kitchen + Bar is Worth the Trip to Dobbs Ferry
You have to do a lot of convincing to get this city dweller out of Manhattan, as I tend to be a bit of a snob in thinking that the best food in the world is right here. Then, I get my head out of my butt and realize that is not at all true. Case in point: City Perch Kitchen + Bar, a mere 20 minutes away from NYC in Dobbs Ferry. I took a friend there a couple of nights ago for an intimate media dinner where I got to know the location, the food, and its marvelous chef who brought it all together. This can easily be said about the restaurant called T45, which is located inside the beautiful Hyatt Centric Times Square. [Read more…] about Delicious Cuisine at Hyatt Centric Times Square’s T45

Library Hotel Provides Comfort & Relaxation Outside Grand Central
Over the past month, I have been fortunate enough to stay at all four of the Library Hotel Collection properties here in the amazing city of Manhattan. Cantina Rooftop’s Absolutely Scrumptious Latin Brunch Fest!
Cantina Rooftop is one of the few exceptions that will bring me to drag my tired behind all the way over to 11th Avenue and 48th Street from East Harlem. Why? It’s simple- they have one of the best brunches in Manhattan, while at the same time providing a view that outdoes a ton of other “brunch” type restaurants. With the temperature in the mid-70’s this past weekend, I took my friend there for a fabulous experience that they set up that will surely keep us coming back for more.
